New class schedule WEF TUE 10 AUG 2021
1. If you are not feeling well, do not come for class. Be socially responsible.
2. Mandatory SafeEntry check-in & out, temperature taking before class.
3. Trials, drop-ins, new sign-ups BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
4. Classes are open to ALL group class members, regardless level.
5. 1-hour class aimed at maintaining your fitness. There is no sparring & clinching.
6. All classes are capped at 10 pax per level. This is on a first come first served basis.
7. No double sessions training.
8. If the class is full, please wait outside the gym for the next class.
9. Only remove your mask before training.
10. Please clear out of the gym ASAP after your class to prevent overcrowding & facilitate our cleaning-up.

These will be in place throughout the COVID-19 period & subject to changes according to MOH measures.
