New class schedule WEF Monday 30 March
1. Classes are open to group class members of all levels & membership types.
2. During this period we will not accept open gym usage, trials, walk-ins & new sign-ups.
3. 1-hour class aimed at maintaining your fitness during this period. There is no sparring & clinching in line with the social distancing measures.
4. All classes are capped at 9 pax per class per floor, except the Sat 1:30pm class will be capped at 9 pax as only 1 floor will be used. This is on a first come first served basis.
5. Double sessions training will not be allowed.
6. If the class is full, please wait outside the gym for the next class.
7. Please clear out of the gym ASAP after your class to prevent overcrowding with the next class.
8. If you are unwell or serving LOA/SHN/QO, please do not come for class.
9. These will be in place throughout the COVID-19 period & subject to changes according to MOH measures.
10. If you need any clarifications, please call before coming for class.

We will revert back to our original training schedule after the COVID-19 period is over. Thank you for your cooperation. Stay healthy & safe.
